Our contact form collects your name and e-mail, which are required so we can reply, and optionally your phone, company and a description of your situation. We also record the profile and need you select in the client journey, together with the submission date.

We use no tracking cookies, no behavioural advertising tools, and we do not collect browsing data for profiling.

Data is used solely to answer your enquiry, assess whether we can act for you and, if we are engaged, to formalise the professional relationship. We do not sell, rent or transfer data to third parties for commercial purposes.

The legal bases are your consent when submitting the form and, where applicable, preliminary procedures related to a contract (Brazilian General Data Protection Law 13.709/2018, art. 7, items I and V).

Form submissions are stored on the infrastructure of Cloudflare, Inc., which hosts this website and acts as processor, handling data solely under our instructions. From there, our team transfers the records to Astrea, the legal practice management software by Aurum that we use for client and matter management.

We may share information where required by law, upon request from a competent authority, or to exercise our rights.

Enquiries that do not lead to engagement are kept for 24 months and then deleted. Where we are engaged, retention follows the rules applicable to the professional relationship and to Brazilian law, including the lawyer's duty of confidentiality.

You may at any time request confirmation of processing, access, correction, anonymisation, portability or deletion of your data, and you may withdraw consent. Requests should be sent to the e-mail above and are answered within the statutory deadlines.

Information received from clients and from prospective clients is protected by the lawyer's duty of confidentiality under the Brazilian Bar Association's Statute and Code of Ethics — protection that applies whether or not an engagement follows.
